Things to accomplish while left to my own devices:
(aka while the gent finishes up at work)
- 15 to 1 workout (15 squats, 15 pushups, 15 sit ups, 14 squats, etc.) with 13:45 as the time to beat
- a bodyrock that just uses bodyweight
- ab and triceps work
- quick yoga routine
I have about 50 minutes. AND GO.
