It’s amazing what a solid workout and innocent flirting can do for the mood. Friend/trainer wasn’t pleased with my squatting depth so he stretched me out. Um. Sexual. He told me I was a difficult individual because I was almost TOO flexible. Sweet. Holy moly did that help though! Stretch those quads, hip flexors, calves, and hams before a leg day.
