(Happy Caturday/Squaterday/long run Saturday!)
Saturdays are exhausting. I went to bed at 3 AM and could not sleep in so I started my run earlier than I thought with peach and vanilla protein pancakes waiting for me upon return. That first mile was HELL. I just could not get my stride until around halfway through the third. Anyway, 9km done! I spent about half of a movie (Willow) stretching my legs out in yin poses before picking up food for the week.
I have a hike tomorrow so cold bath for my legs tonight, methinks.
