Yesterday I made my cheat day because I was hungry all day and ended up making a power yoga class after work. Cheat = splitting a donut and some macadamia nut chocolate squares. Oooh. Also, said no to about a billion drinks last night so I could get my productivity in check this morning. (It worked.)
Game of the morning was to see how many toppings I could fit on my gf French toast. Yogurt, caramelized bananas, strawberries, nuts, cinnamon, and sf syrup, and coconut.
And I’m wearing the shorts my friends thinks are too short to squat in to squat in later. Joke’s going to be on him when my form is better.
