Why are you trying intermittent fasting? What made you decide to do it?
I’m just trying to switch things up to see if it helps with my lack of self control at night and also because I haven’t been able to work out as much lately with my bat shit crazy work hours.
Also, a general personal observation is if I eat right when I get up I am hungry all day (with the sort of vengeance that cannot be quenched) whereas lately it’s just more convenient to eat two large meals and a snack sort of thang.
