Lack of sleep just kills me. There’s no willpower and I almost talked myself out of yoga. So glad I did not. My teacher makes me feel like a rockstar and is so inspiring. I should have gone to bed early. Instead I had a late dinner and danced and yoga-ed it up in the street until the wee hours with a fella.
