Things I’m currently working on - yoga edition:
- forward triangle pose to forearm stand to switch splits to crescent lunge
- archer pose to side crow to koundinyasana to fallen angel (pictured) to… I don’t remember how to end this one
- camel pose to peacock pose to floating out to upward dog to downward dog
This is all for this routine I’d really like to be in with my yoga mentor. So far I have… maybe… 40% of this down. It’s not even that graceful. And always hip openers for everything. So, there’s that.
