habanero in your drink! is that really good?!
Yessir. Actually. I got a hold of some ghost peppers AND habaneros and infused them into some everclear to make a really spicy, delicious tincture. Less than a teaspoon makes for one wild ride of a drink. Plus, I like the spicy cucumber thing.

… I am not an expert by any means. Also, I can only sometimes hold them without a wall. They get better every week though!

There aren’t a whole lot of modifications you can do (I mean, you can consider the wall a modification, I suppose). There are certain muscles in your shoulders and back that develop and help stabilize you in handstands ONLY by doing them. I’ve been slacking lately in my excitement and preference in doing new arm balancing tricks.
Today is an inversion day. Inversion Sunday.

Some Things on this Past Week.
Yesterday was my first full week at my new job and it gets progressively better experimenting on mice. OH THE HUMANITY.
The key to my success is sleep. Without sleep, I tend to overeat/crave sugar and become a big, emotional hot mess. I cried over losing a $20 bill.
That being said, I had been only sleeping 4-6 hours a night and still went to yoga twice and ran three times. Such activities...
