Challenge Day Recap: 1/5 yoga done for the week, 2 veggies in for the day, 100oz. water in, over 100g protein consumed, 0/1 runs done for the week, and I’m still keeping away from froyo and liquor. Ideally, I’d lower my carb intake and up my fat intake a bit.
The real challenge is keeping an ideal diet. Since my wallet was stolen/lost, I have no money (to get groceries) until my new debit/credit cards get here.
