Back from a rainy run.
(I had the roads allll to myself except for the dry people in their fancy-shmancy cars.) New favorite running bra. Three minute warm up, 45 minutes fairly steady run, three minutes of cool down, ten minutes of stretching and hydrating 8km! :D! Woooo, running high!
