CONSUMED:
dark chocolate oatmeal with sweet potato, melted banana, melted marshmallow, and cinnamon
banana and natural peanut butter, chocolate milk
egg, egg white, chicken sausage, spinach scramble with a side of guac and salsa
peach sorbet + almond butter, mean green juice, and homemade protein pudding

(I doubt I would have been as excited about this stuff six months ago.)
BURNED:
ran about 5K and ran some stairs (at least they were pretty…)

60 minutes hot vinyasa (I danced a lot while in down dog to the 90s R&B that played sooo ADDITIONAL ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED)
I struggled eating enough today (this never happens) but at least I hit my protein goal (about 80 grams). I struggled with my run but I’ll try again tomorrow… after my lululemon interview. (Nerves, go away.)
